JOBOP: Executive Assistant to President


One of our clients, the President of a fast growing NY Investment company, is looking for his right hand figure to handle his tasks and time.
There are six main scopes to the job: Administrative, Operations, Accounting, Human Resources, Personal Assistant, & Business Development.
Administrative responsibilities include:
• upkeep and maintenance of the executive’s calendar
• management and coordination of the executive’s intricate international and domestic business travel arrangements
• supervising and recording all use of office conference room, issues pertaining to office access,
• upkeep of necessary office supplies
• establishing and enforcing all administrative policies for all company employees
• extensive filing work, drafting of official company documents
• execution of communication with employees, vendor’s, & business associates as per executive’s orders or standing job responsibilities
Operations responsibilities include
• supervision on behalf of the executive of all company employees and the current projects they are all involved to ensure that the executive’s directives are being carried out,
• to report back to the executive as to the status of all present business endeavors when executive especially when he is away on business,
• act as the executive’s proxy in meetings with the other company employees, vendors, clients, or business associates & partners.
Accounting responsibilities involve
• maintenance of monthly business budget, expense reporting, maintenance of company petty cash, supervising the company payroll, executing payment to all vendors, as well executing routine transfers to and from the business bank account.
Business Development responsibilities includes performing , as per the executive’s specific directions, in depth research surrounding the key components of potential future business endeavors for the company as well as providing your input regarding this potential future project.
Human Resources responsibilities entail all the
• standard functions of a human resources manager while only occupying limited portion of the job due to the small number of employees at the company at this juncture.
Personal Assistant responsibilities include
• making of restaurant reservations,
• upkeep of executive’s apartment especially when executive is away,
• assisting executive in packing and unpacking before/after business trips,
• scheduling of vacations and booking of travel plans,
• sending of packages to friends and family,
• communicating with friends and family on executive’s behalf,
• scheduling of various routine appointments (doctors, piano lessons, personal training, etc.), and performing various shopping tasks whenever required.

Qualifications and competencies:
• 5+ years administrative/personal assistant experience supporting an executive level officer.
• Familiar with NY Jewish community.
• Right hand figure person.
• Representative, diplomatic and articulate
• Reliable, trustworthy
• Creative, pro active and out of the box thinker.
• Independent and well organized.
• Multi tasking but at the same time detail oriented.
• Hebrew speaking is a plus.



JOBOP: Inside-Sales Analyst 
An innovative, cutting-edge, and fast-growing video technology start-up is looking for a bright and highly motivated Inside Sales and Production Analyst.

Location: Paramus, NJ. 


Responsibilities:


  1. Assist the sales department in screening and qualifying sales leads. 
  2. Research new vertical opportunities for the company. 
  3. Compose case studies, presentations, and other sales support documents for various market segments. 
  4. Analyze and create reports about account performance. 
  5. Assist in managing customer accounts. 
  6. Work directly with customers, as well as with in-house technical, operational, and business groups on defining, negotiating, and executing special video production projects. 
  7. Assist the Director of Sales and Marketing, as well as Sales Managers, in ongoing tasks and projects. 
  8. Assist in marketing and customer communications tasks, including managing mailing lists, social media postings, and more. 

Qualifications:


  1. Undergraduate degree with preference to 0-2 years experience relevant post-College experience. 
  2. Strong communication skills: must have the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and internal stakeholders (verbal and written). 
  3. Strong interpersonal skills: must be a good team player who has the ability to get along well with and motivate others. 
  4. Familiarity with the media industry and/or video and film a plus. 
  5. Business Major a plus. 
  6. Excellent computer skills in using Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, and various Web applications. 
  7. Comfortable talking about technology. 
  8. Ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision. 
  9. Compensation commensurate with qualifications.

JOBOP: Director, Sales and Business Development (Channels)

Location: Sunnyvale, California

Role Responsibilities:

A fast growing company is looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual with proven ability to generate business in the Americas. The role requires signing OEM deals for the company’s various products. The client is a profitable and leading OEM provider of messaging and web security products. The company provides solutions that detects and blocks security threats like Spam, Viruses and outbreaks in real-time, and blocks most messaging threats at the perimeter.

Primary activities include:
• Build and manage a sales pipeline
• Manage deals through the entire sales process
• Focus on signing OEM customers to the company’s Web Security and Filtering product and Email product.

Candidate Requirements:

We are seeking a driven, independent, and extroverted Business Development resource with the ability to develop relationships and close OEM relationships.

• 5+ years selling software and services technology directly into the security, messaging or networking space
• Experience in selling to the service provider market (for instance billing companies)- a must
• Experience in selling http/web security products (like URL filtering) and or messaging product into the OEM market is a huge advantage.
• Demonstrated experience in selling to large technology companies
• Ability to follow and develop sales processes
• Education: Relevant 4 year degree
• The ability to travel

JOBOP: Regional Advertising Sales Representative

A leading Media company with strong presence in the US market is looking for a Regional Advertising Sales Representative. The ideal candidate will have direct responsibility over the sales within the Tri State area with gradual responsibility for other northeast states as well.

Responsibility:
  • Will have a full-cycle responsibility, from deal identification to project negotiation and creation through sale to long-term maintenance of customer relationship.
  • Achieve monthly quota objectives through outbound sales activities
  • Will report directly to the Head office of the America and will be liaison in the following issues: commercial and airing production, deal negotiation.

Essential functions:
  • Identify build and maintain relationship with potential and existing advertisers.
  • Create media and advertising plans and supervise commercial production.
  • Negotiate terms and agreements.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business /Marketing or other relevant studies.
  • Past experience in roles such as Sales/Account Executive/ Customer Service is a must, preferable in the Media industry.
  • Proven track record in face-to-face engagements and networking.
  • Self-starter who will create innovative opportunities to attract new clients.
  • Willingness to travel to prospect clients in the Tri state area and beyond.
  • Experience working within a quota and commission structure.
