My name is Edith Davidson. I’m a wife, a mother for 3 boys and the founder of ‘The Talent Solution’, a NY Top Tier Executive Search dedicated to recruit local talent for Israeli companies active in the USA market.
Grew up in Tel Aviv, Israel, moved to the USA in 2001 and have established a one stop shop that specializes in identifying and placing Top Talent.
With a Masters degree in Organizational Psychology I have started my career path as an Organizational Development Consultant specializing in change management, leadership development and assessment centers. During my years of international experience I have concentrated on selection, assessment and staffing high level executives and professionals.
